Shaped like a ball with an easy-to grip handle, kettlebells are versatile cast-iron weights that can be used in a wide range of exercises. Kettlebell exercise helps improve coordination, agility, and posture while offering a low risk of injury and increased strength. Kettlebell training is now available in Toledo through Hot Yoga With Joe.
