Chair Zumba
Mondays and Thursdays at 9am.Get moving with a fun, low-impact Zumba workout designed to be done from a chair or with chair support. The class combines easy-to-follow dance movements with upbeat music.
SS Cardio & Tone
Mondays at 10am. This SilverSneakers class combines low-impact cardiovascular movements with exercises designed to tone and strengthen the body. Movements can be modified for different fitness levels.
SS BOOM Muscle
Mondays at 12:15pm. Build strength and improve muscular endurance with this SilverSneakers workout. Participants use a variety of exercises to target major muscle groups and support everyday movement.
Beginner Line Dancing
Mondays at 2pm. Learn basic line-dancing steps and routines in a welcoming, social setting. No previous dance experience is required.
SS Sitting & Standing Yoga
Tuesdays at 11am.Practice gentle yoga movements both seated and standing, with options to modify poses as needed. The class focuses on flexibility, balance and mobility.
Cardio Drumming
Tuesdays at 3pm. Combine simple drumming patterns with light cardio movements for a fun, energetic workout. The rhythmic format provides a low-pressure way to stay active while working on coordination and endurance.
SS Tai Chi
Wednesdays and Thursdays at 11am. Slow, controlled movements help improve balance, flexibility and body awareness. This gentle SilverSneakers class is suitable for a range of fitness levels.
SS Chair Yoga
Wednesdays at 1:15pm and Fridays at 12:15pm. Practice gentle yoga movements and stretches from a chair or with chair support. The class emphasizes flexibility, balance, relaxation and mobility.
SS Stretch & Balance
