AOA Benefits of Journaling Workshop & hospital admission and discharge

Join the Area Office on Aging for the monthly Caregiving Educational Series via video. The February series focuses on the benefits of journaling for self care and is led by presenter Christian Murray, LISW-S. Tuesday, February 13, 12:45 pm to 2:15 pm. Additionally, the AOA’s March Caregiving Educational Series will focus on the “crisis situation — hospital admission and discharge process.” Via Teleconference or Video-Conference. NAMI family and friends support group 

The National Alliance on Mental Illness of Four County ADAMhs Board, Ohio Family and Friend Support Group has two meetings every month to support families with members with mental health conditions. The Delta chapter meets the first Wednesday of every month at 6:30pm at the Open Door, 313 Main St, Delta. Go Birding with Historic Woodlawn Cemetery
