The African Queen (1951)

John Huston’s combination adventure film and romantic comedy is one of the great treasures of screen chemistry. Humphrey Bogart and Katharine Hepburn star as a boat captain and a missionary who find themselves slowly falling in love during a boat journey through East Africa. Bogart won his only Oscar for this film.
