Sandusky has been named the number one coastal small town after being nominated by USA Today! In this nationwide vote, the Lake Erie coastal town beat 19 others. “Travelers today are looking for authentic, small town experiences,” said Larry Fletcher, President of Lake Erie Shores & Islands. “And when you combine the numerous attractions, restaurants, shopping, dining and overnight accommodation offerings, it’s no wonder that Sandusky earned this recognition.”
