The National Institute on Aging states that people over age 65 are much more likely to suffer a heart attack or develop coronary heart disease. Seniors need to be mindful of the changes that their heart is going through and be ready to make changes to their diet and lifestyle to keep up. Genesis Village aims to help older adults plan for such events with its upcoming Heart Health for Seniors talk, held in conjunction with the St. Luke’s Hospital Foundation. Open to the public.
