The Hammocking and Mindfulness event, hosted at the Middlegrounds Metropark, is a relaxing time to connect with the healing elements of nature and observe the beautiful scenery around you.
Hammocking and Mindfulness allows those who participate to take the time to slow down and spend time connecting with others and the beauty, healing and peace that nature has to offer. Hosted at one of Toledo’s Metroparks, Middlegrounds provides the space to enjoy an evening of pure relaxation.

While enjoying the nature around you get to hang out at the designated hammocking spot that is overlooking the Maumee River. Hammocks will be available to borrow for this event. Participants in the event will park near the Roundhouse Shelter then take a short walk to the hammocking location.
This event will take place on Friday, Sept. 20 from 6 pm to 7 pm at Middlegrounds Roundhouse Shelter parking lot located at 111 Ottawa St. This is an age-restricted event for those 16 and over. Registration is required with a $4 registration fee. You can register here for this event.
