Get Involved: Volunteer with the National Museum of the Great Lakes

Looking for a meaningful way to give back, learn something new, and have fun while doing it? The National Museum of the Great Lakes, located at 1701 Front Street, Toledo, Ohio 43605, invites you to volunteer and help preserve and share the stories of our region’s most valuable natural resource—the Great Lakes. Want to test the waters first? Drop in for Volunteers 1st Day, held on the first of every month from 12 PM to 4 PM, where you can sample different projects with no long-term commitment required. This one-of-a-kind museum reveals the rich and fascinating history of the Great Lakes, which hold 84% of all the fresh water in North America.
