Otterbein SeniorLife Wins Awards through the Leading Age Employer of Choice Initiative

Otterbein SeniorLife has had the honor of receiving a gold and bronze award for workforce excellence through the Leading Age Ohio Employer of Choice Initiative. The award-winning health and human services ministry met the requirements by maintaining an 80 percent or higher occupancy rate and three stars or higher from the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services Five-Star Quality Rating System.
