MemoryLane Care Services Caregiver Programs
MemoryLane Care Services offers supportive programs designed to connect caregivers, provide education and create opportunities for shared experiences. Memory Café welcomes caregivers and loved ones living with memory loss or dementia for conversation, refreshments and connection, while Caregiver Coffee provides a space to discuss caregiving challenges, learn practical strategies and build community with others. Let’s Get Moving! Community Walks
Residents are invited to stay active, explore Toledo parks and connect with neighbors through Let’s Get Moving! Community Walks. With both morning and evening opportunities, these guided walks provide a welcoming way to incorporate movement, wellness and community connection into your routine. Various City of Toledo parks. Walking Through Grief
Walking Through Grief is an interactive support group for individuals adjusting to the loss of a loved one. Open to both men and women, the program provides a welcoming space to connect with others, share experiences and navigate the grieving process with support. Wellness by the Boat: Tai Chi
