Work through grief with yoga class

“Gentle Yoga for Grief” features a certified instructor in four-week yoga workshops through April and May. Fridays, April 5, 12, 19 and 26, and May 3, 10, 17 and 24, at Hospice of Northwest Ohio, 800 S Detroit Ave, 10:30 am to 11:30 am. No strenuous or competitive stretching required. Heartbeat of Toledo moves into new space

Heartbeat of Toledo has moved to a new, enhanced facility at 3950 Sunforest Ct., expanding services and accessibility to better serve the community. This non-profit organization, which has served Toledo and surrounding areas since 1971, offers information to women facing pregnancy at the Your First Look Women’s Center and assistance to families in need through the Heart to Heart Parenting Education Program all in a welcoming and confidential setting. Toledo Lucas County Public Library and Hospice of Northwest Ohio host advance care planning sessions, partnering to cover topics like completing a living will, designating a medical power of attorney, becoming an organ donor and more. Mercy Health presents “Ask the Expert” series

Mercy Health makes health and wellness topics more accessible with a monthly “Ask the Expert” virtual series. All are welcome to join the sessions featuring experts presenting health and wellness information.
