Seniors can take advantage of special savings this fall at the Toledo Zoo & Aquarium every Wednesday in September and October.
As part of the Zoo’s senior programming, visitors ages 60 and older receive free admission every Wednesday throughout September and October. Wednesdays feature a full schedule of animal demonstrations and special programs, including animal enrichments and meet-and-greets, special keeper talks, feedings and more.
Special activities are planned throughout both months, giving seniors even more opportunities to learn, explore and enjoy the Zoo. From seasonal garden programs and animal experiences to live music, games and special presentations, each Wednesday offers something new to discover.
Special discounts are also available for seniors throughout the week. Monday through Friday, seniors can enjoy free parking in the Anthony Wayne Trail and Broadway parking lots, a free small coffee and mini muffin at Timberline Bakery from 10 am to 2 pm, 15% off merchandise in the gift shops, 20% off memberships purchased at the membership sales window and $1 off individual or family giraffe-feeding baskets.
