Monroe Street Bridge in Sylvania Reopens Saturday After $40M Project

The construction closed Monroe Street for five months beginning in March as a new bridge deck, ramps to and from US 23 and a pedestrian sidewalk were built on the route that handles about 40,000 vehicles daily.
