Care for Caregivers
November is National Caregivers Month. Mothers, fathers, daughters, sons, nieces, nephews and friends all act as caregivers for loved ones. It is estimated that nearly one in five Americans provide unpaid caregiving services. November is the time to recognise the tremendous work these family members and friends do and maybe even treat them to something special like a break from caregiving, a meal, a spa day and a heartfelt and well-deserved thank you.
