Lasagna LOVE has arrived in Toledo! This grass roots, volunteer effort matches “chefs” (affectionately known as Lasagna Mamas) with people who need a little help. Residents register online and volunteer chefs prepare and deliver homemade lasagna.
Lasagna Love’s mission is simple: What we do is simple: feed families, spread kindness, and strengthen communities. Our mission is not only to help address the incredible rise in food insecurity among families, but also to provide a simple act of kindness during a time full of uncertainty and stress.
Respect, kindness and love of and for our neighbors motivates Lasagna Mamas who will make something other than lasagna if needed due to allergies, food-intolerances, etc.
