The Toledo Opera House is thrilled to announce the magical return of the Cinderella Tea Party, a whimsical and enchanting event for families of all ages in partnership with the Ohio Living Swan Creek.
This beloved tradition will take place on Saturday, Sept. 23 at 10 am and will last until noon at the historic Ohio Living Swan Creek, 5916 Cresthaven Lane.
Prepare to step into a world of fairy tales and dreams as Ohio Living Swan Creek transforms into a realm of magic, wonder and elegance. The Cinderella Tea Party promises an unforgettable experience for children and adults alike based on themes from Rossini’s Cinderella. Guests will work together to create a traveling kindness garden, which will be on display in various locations at Ohio Living Swan Creek.
Guests will have the opportunity to indulge in a selection of food and desserts, engage in creative crafts and activities and a meet-and-greet with Cinderella stars Sarah Coit and David Walton.
“This fun intergenerational event was the brainchild of opera volunteer and event planner extraordinaire, Rebecca Conklin Kleiboemer. She last worked with Toledo Opera on our Bon Appetit evening in January of 2020,” Executive Director Suzanne Rorick said in a statement.
This year’s Cinderella Tea Party promises to be an event filled with joy, enchantment and cherished memories. It’s the perfect occasion for families, friends and fairy tale enthusiasts to come together in a magical setting.
Tickets for the Cinderella Tea Party can be purchased online at toledoopera.org.
