“Wonderful Life” comes to radio thanks to UT and WGTE

The timeless holiday story of George Bailey and his guardian angel Clarence comes to life on the radio this holiday season. The University of Toledo Department of Theatre and WGTE are partnering up to present a radio play rendition of “It’s a Wonderful Life.” The show will feature UT students and staff, community players and even WGTE personalities as they recreate the film in audio form. The show will premiere at 8pm on December 22 on FM 91, with a second airing on December 24. The show will also be available for streaming anytime on WGTE.org.
