Nine New Volunteers for the Retired Senior Volunteer Patrol (RSVPatrol) with TPD

In 2000, the Area Office on Aging of Northwestern Ohio, Inc. and the Toledo Police Department partnered to create the Retired Senior Volunteer Patrol (RSVPatrol) program. The free service, available to Toledo residents, connects senior volunteers with seniors in the community for wellness checks, socialization, and more. Recently, nine senior volunteers graduated from the RSVPatrol program’s extensive training and will join the program’s other 80 active volunteers.
