Giving Back

Toledo Public Utilities has dedicated $500,000 a year to assist low-income customers with utility bills. As of January 1, households with an income falling at or below 200 percent of the poverty line (just over $24,280 in a one-person household) will reap the benefits of this program, meant to reduce the financial burden of basic living expenses.
