Three Men and a Baby (1987)

One of the biggest comedy hits of its year, this tale of three bachelors who suddenly find themselves taking care of a child was based on a French comedy. The American version was brought to the screen by director Leonard Nimoy, just after he made a splash directing Star Trek IV. Bolstered by three wildly popular lead actors— Ted Danson, Tom Selleck and Steve Guttenberg— the movie captured audiences’ hearts and spawned a sequel three years later.

Now available on Disney Plus.
